Returns & Exchanges
Hand Srl offers the possibility to:
- RETURNS within 14 days for faulty products requiring replacement;
- WITHDRAWALS within 14 days ;
- REPLACEMENTS within 14 days of the same items with different sizes/colors.
Items purchased on handsports.it may be exchanged provided they are in perfect condition and/or in the same condition in which they were received upon delivery. Items must be returned within 14 (FOURTEEN) business days of delivery and must still be available in the company's stock, in compliance with the following instructions:
PROCEDURE:
- From your reserved area select your order
- Click on "Request a return" and justify your choice from the options in the drop-down menu.
- Our staff will review and approve your request, after which you can proceed with shipping the items you wish to return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with original tags and, where applicable, any hygiene protection applied. Returns are only permitted for unused and completely intact products.
After having verified that the items are in perfect condition and if the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal is respected by the Customer, Hand Srl will proceed:
- in case of WITHDRAWAL with the refund of the amount paid directly to the payment method used during the order;
- in case of REPLACEMENT with the shipment of the products chosen for the exchange previously communicated to us.
The shipping costs for returning the goods to Hand Srl will be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs for sending the replaced product are paid by Hand Srl
ONLY in the case of return of goods damaged or faulty at the origin, and only in this case, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by Hand Srl
