General conditions of sale and policy

The products purchased on www.handsports.it are sold directly by HAND srl

Hand srl is registered in the Company Register of Naples, with VAT number 06649841217. The headquarters of HAND srl is in Italy, in Via Mario Ruta 4, 80128 Naples.

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 22 May 199 n°185 regarding distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n°70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.

Hand srl offers products for sale on www.handsports.it and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers". When we talk about "consumers" we are referring to any natural person who acts on www.handsports.it for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to refrain from concluding commercial transactions on www.handsrl.com. In application of art. 6D.lg.185/99 Hand srl reserves the right not to execute orders from parties other than the "consumer" or in any case orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

The product offers on the website www.handsports.it are aimed at adult customers. If you are under 18, you must first have the consent of one of your parents or a legal guardian to purchase on the website www.handsrl.com.

The Customer is prohibited from inserting false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary names in the online order procedure and in further communications. The Seller reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

These General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.handsports.it and do not, however, regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by third parties. other than the Seller who are present on www.handsrl.com via links, banners or other hyperlinks. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, we suggest checking their conditions of sale, because the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.handsports.it within each product sheet.

Hand srl may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not processed your Order, specifying the reasons. In this case, the sum previously committed to the Customer's means of payment will be decommitted.

Prices

The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the website at the time the Order is transmitted via the Internet. Therefore, check the final sales price before submitting the relevant Order. The prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order, unless otherwise specified, are to be considered not inclusive of any costs connected to customs duties and related taxes if the shipment takes place in non-EU countries or in countries where current legislation provides for import charges.

Right of withdrawal

Hand srl, in the case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics, that have been damaged, or worn.

The Right of Withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:
The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
The products must be returned in their original packaging;
Returned products must be sent to Hand srl in a single shipment. In fact, Hand srl reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products.
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in the previous paragraph, Hand srl will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products, net of shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products.

Hand srl will refund you, in addition to the sums collected for the purchase of the products, also the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products, only in the event that the return of the products occurs for reasons attributable to Hand srl, as in the case in which the products do not possess the essential characteristics promised, or have manufacturing defects.

Once the integrity of the goods and seals has been contested, Hand srl will refund the customer within 30 working days from the date of return of the goods to the company. It will be the customer's responsibility to provide Hand srl with the bank details (ABI CAB Current Account Code of the holder of the delivery note), in order to obtain a refund of the price.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal without complying with the methods indicated above, the Seller will resend the purchased products to you, also charging you for the additional shipping costs.
